WSJ article

This really nice article ran in the Wisconsin State Journal last Friday.  It profiles and the band and I, and discusses our upcoming show on the Monona Terrace Rooftop on Thursday June 28th!

I'm very excited to be the final act at this year's Madison Area Music Awards show at the Capital Theater tomorrow night! I and the band will ALSO be headlining the after party at the Brink Lounge with special guest Ida Jo, immediately following the awards show! Tickets are still available for the awards show, and the after party is free! http://ow.ly/bjaNl

I'll be taking place in this year's "Project M", the musical reality show competition put on by the folks at 105.5 Triple-M in Madison.  There are 9 contestants this year and we'll be given weekly songwriting assignments, and have one week to write, and then perform the songs 'live' at the station.  Each week one contestant will be ELIMINATED, voted off the island, and as they put it at the station 'killed'.  If you want to find out more about the show...and help me keep from dying, check out the information at the Project M website.  I think you're gonna love my first song!

I've already got one up on the site and Facebook, but I'll be posting more videos from my recent performance at the 2011 Country Radio Seminar in the days ahead!

here's the YouTube line:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y4WUszemnDk

Next week Wednesday, I'll be heading down to Nashville to be the featured performer at the Broadjam Showcase at the 2011 Country Radio Broadcasters Seminar!  I'll be in good company, with great country artists performing throughout the convention.  You can learn more about the seminar and check out the full schedule of events at www.crb.org.
